Overview of what we do

Finished Results provides professional timing, meet management and results services for Track & Field, Cross Country, Road Races, and everything in-between.  We use FinishLynx® fully automatic timing (FAT) equipment and software for precise results, with a timing accuracy of 1/1000th of a second, along with our entire network of multiple computers, wireless printers, wind gauges, result displays, and more; for fast, fair and accurate results.

 
Standard Invitational Set-up

·        Single FinishLynx® camera set up at common finishline with a dedicated networked computer for FinishLynx timing and results

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

·       Electro-Numerics 6 Digit LED Raceclock Display, used at the finishline displaying running time, with capacity to pause/stop to show splits and winning results

                                                                                             

·        Database of all entries, including seeding and results, fully integrated with meet management software
·        Multiple computers networked for viewing, editing, and print out of all races and field events
·        Wind-gauge provided for wind reading/recordings of all sprint events

·        Multiple Printers wirelessly networked for instant print-out of results to announcer, press area, and awards booth, upon
      completion of each event
·        Upload of all results to website and/or database of your choice

Meet Management Services

 

Online Entries

·        Self administered online entries program, eliminating the need for a third party website from controlling entries

·        No more need for manual data entry, saving you hours of work

·        Later entry deadlines allows you the ability to accept those last minutes teams

 
Meet Management 
·        Creation of meet management database

·        Seeding of all entries into Heats/Flights, using predetermined seeding formulas

·        Updated scoring provided throughout the course of your meet

·        Heat Sheets provided for Clerk of Course

·        Score Sheets provided for all Field Events

·     Creation of meet program, or performance list

 
Clerk Management
·        A separate technician provided to work in conjunction with the clerk of the course to provide seeding of all laned races by     
      method of declaration

·        Manage entries by adding and/or scratching athletes, combining heats, etc.

·        Ensures against running heats with empty lanes, making your venue more efficiently run and ultimately more appealing to spectators

·        Can reduce the total running time of your meet by hours

·        Or if you have desire, we can completely handle your Clerk of the Course for you

 

Additional Options

Additional Finish Lines

·         Additional FinishLynx® Camera setup at as a separate finishline for reversing the direction of sprints for the wind to be at the runners’ back “Texas Style”

 

Reverse Angle Camera System

·         A completely independent FinishLynx® timing system set up, ensuring against  

      loss of any data

·         Gives a reverse angle image of the competitors crossing the finishline to ensure  

      accuracy

 

Wind Gauges

·         Provide additional wind gauges for wind readings of all horizontal jumps 

 

Performance Displays

·         Call or email for availability of additional performance displays
